How it works

These days, we’re all rushing, often without even noticing how our breath gets lost in the race.

It’s easy to assume our body always knows how to breathe “right.” But for me, that turned out not to be true. Learning more about breathing felt a lot like learning about intuitive eating: when your system is out of balance, autopilot isn’t always your best friend.

· rimody · is my way of returning to balanced breath. It’s not about deep breathing, but new rhythms, gentle discipline, and a mindful focus on how the body responds when we show up for what seems like an automatic process.

🌬️ the Breathing Timer

At its core, the breathing trainer is a looped timer. You set the total duration for your practice, and it guides you through the phases — inhale, exhale, holds — with soft visual cues and preset sounds (this part is still evolving, and yes, it matters).

The goal? Step into conscious breathing.

· Set the Rhythm ·

Create up to 12 custom phases, each with its own duration (in seconds) and color. Want to try “inhale → hold → exhale” or just a simple box breath? It’s up to you.

Drag and drop to reorder the phases to match your flow.

Check the summary to make sure everything looks right.

· Start Practice ·

Set your breathing practice length: time (hh:mm:ss or seconds) or number of cycles.

Before you begin: Make sure your space feels safe and nothing around calls for your attention.

Sit tall without leaning back, in comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your body. Feel how your entire body can take part in the breath. You can pause or restart at any time.
